Lateral Crunch
The lateral crunch is a great exercise for hitting the oblique muscles of your abdomen. This exercise works particularly well with the assistance of a Swiss ball, but you can also do a version of it on a mat.
Position your right hip on the Swiss ball and lean into it
You want to be certain your torso is not resting on the ball
Press your feet against a wall in order to support your body
Put your hands behind your head
Tighten your oblique musles and lift your torso up high
Hold for a three-count and rest as one rep
Conduct 10-15 reps for each side
